Refund Policy
At attractions everyone has the right to exchange their products, this has to be processed within 10 days from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have the right to return the product within 10 days - as long as it has not been used or damaged in any way and is returned in its original packaging. Please be aware that discounted products on sale and special orders can not be returned.

The return policy is dependant that the product is in the same state of condition when purchased and is not damaged.
It is also expected that you keep the original packaging and that the product is returned in the same state of condition for resale.
Any products returned with different packaging will not be eligible for the right of return policy as the company guidelines will not be followed.

Please contact our customer service via e-mail at kundservice@attractions.se and you will be informed on how and where you can return the product.

Any returns are paid back for the cost of the product by the payment method used, cash products are refunded in cash and credit card payments will be paid back on to the card that was used at the time of payment. Any freight and postage costs will be covered by the buyer/purchaser.

30 day return policy
A product can be returned up to 30 days after the delivery date if the product is returned undamaged in its original packaging with a receipt. Please note that this policy does not cover bed linen, mattresses, special orders or discounted products. Where the policy is not applicable in certain circumstances this will be outlined on the receipt or invoice. The customer has the full responsibility for returning the product to the store.

The 30 day return policy does not issue any cash back but will issue a receipt for the amount of the goods purchased which can be redeemed to purchase products.
Any freight and postage costs will be covered by the buyer/purchaser.

Warranty
Any products purchased over 10.000SEK are covered by a 5 year warranty cover for the good purchased. If the product is damaged within that time frame first the product will be repaired. If the product can not be repaired within a reasonable time limit you will receive a new product and if the product is no longer available – it will be replaced with an item similar to the one purchased.

For a replacement delivery or repair service within 3 years
(after 24 months) you pay 20% of the actual cost.

For a replacement delivery or repair service within 4 years 
(after 36 months) you pay 40% of the actual cost.

For a replacement delivery or repair service within 5 years 
(after 48 months) you pay 60% of the actual cost.

The warranty does not apply for any damages caused by poor maintenance,poor handling or normal wear and tear.
The warranty is valid for only 5 years. On specific products there is a guarantee that stretches over a longer period of time.

Guarantee
Attractions gives 24 months of guarantee on all products over 10.000 SEK. This covers malfunctions, upholstery and fabric errors on any products purchased from us.

We purchase products from some of Europe’s well known producers that guarantee a high quality in every little detail. If a situation arises where your product is damaged within 24 months of the covered guarantee, please kindly notify us.
